I personally don’t have a Twitter account. Mostly because my life just isn’t that interesting (that’s what happens when you go to law school). However, those who do may want to be careful about what they “tweet,” because they may find themselves on the wrong end of a defamation suit. In May of this year, Amanda Bonnen of Chicago “tweeted” the following:
